Hamdan nod for Dubai Municipality strategic plan

Dubai - The resolution allows the municipality to implement its strategic plans and carry out its responsibilities and achieve excellence.

Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, has issued Resolution No (44) of 2015 related to the amendment of the Organisational Structure of Dubai Municipality (DM).
The resolution allows the municipality to implement its strategic plans and carry out its responsibilities and achieve excellence.
The names of organisational units are being amended, such as the Communication and Community Sector, Strategic Management and Organisational Excellence, Customer Relationship Management and Partnerships, Knowledge Management and Innovation and Architectural Heritage and Monuments.
Other changes include creation of new units such as the General Revenues Department, Recreation Department, Food Department and the Department of Sustainable & Renewable Energy Application.
The new resolution annuls The Executive Council's Resolution No (27) of 2015. The new resolution is considered valid from the date of issuance and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
