If you thought the term 'cat woman' is just for women then you are wrong!

Taylor Swift
The reigning queen of pop is also the queen cat lady. Taylor absolutely adores them. Her two cats, Dr. Meredith Grey and Detective Olivia Benson are often seen cradled in her arms when she's out and about or plastered all over her Instagram! She even took great offence when legendary comedic actor John Cleese made fun of her cat Olivia's appearance. The claws were out!

Ed Sheeran
Our favourite red headed singer/ songwriter isn't only a massive cat lover, he's like a cat agent (he's actually kind of obsessed). After adopting a kitten that was supposed to be put down, Ed set up a Twitter account for Graham the kitten which now has over 76,000 followers! Ed's favourite breed is tiger tabbies and weirdly enough, he isn't a fan of one of the most famous cats in the world, Garfield!

James Franco
As he puts it, James Franco was raised a 'cat person'. His twin black cats Max and Lux make random appearances on his Instagram wearing weird hats. There is even a whole Tumblr page (www.jamesfrancowithcats.tumblr.com) dedicated to photos of him throughout his life with cats... some of the cats are photoshopped on him and the results are hilarious!

Karl Lagerfeld
The world famous fashion icon doesn't have any children, but he does have a cat. Choupette Lagerfeld is one spoilt kitty by her famous daddy. Choupette is more chic than you, more travelled than you and has two maids to serve her every need and 82,000 more followers than you. Karl is very protective of his feline baby which he refers to as an inspiration of elegance and refuses to let Choupette star in something like a cat food commercial - lest it ruin her reputation.
