A couple walking down a crosswalk with a stroller were saved by a second car that hit the speeding Jeep which almost ran them over.
In dramatic footage from NBC News released by the Phoenix Police Department, a Jeep runs a red light at high speed, almost running over a couple and their stroller.

However, at the last second a black Chevy Cruze that was travelling lawfully through a green light slams into the Jeep.
"An angel in the form of a Chevy Cruze may have saved the lives of a couple pushing a stroller through a Phoenix crosswalk," the police department tweeted. "The innocent driver will be OK. The red-light runner was arrested for DUI."
The driver of the Jeep has been identified as Ernesto Otanez Oveso, 23.
