Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has surely touched the hearts of all the Filipinos in Manila where he visited mothers and babies at the Likhaan Center for Women's Health in Tondo.
The 45-year-old Prime Minister posted photos of his visit to the Canadian-funded non-government organization shortly after he arrived at the Clark Airport in Pampanga. Trudeau was quoted saying in CNN report, "Every child deserves the best start in life, that's why Canada is helping mothers around the world get access to quality services like those offered at the Likhaan Center for Women's Health."
Not only this, Trudeau also dropped by at a local fast food chain Jollibee to try out strawberry tea float and posed for selfies with the store staff and customers dining there. Jollibee posted the photos with the Canadian Prime Minister on Facebook which drew over 60,000 shares in a day!
Trudeau is in Manila with other world leaders from November 12 to 15 for the ASEAN Summit and related meetings with non-member states such as Canada, China, Russia, and the United States.
