The UAE weather is going to be partly cloudy in the next 48 hours, with conditions becoming convective and rainy at times, especially in the east and westwards, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The winds are going to be moderate to fresh, and the cloud activity will cause blowing sand.
A weather forecast from NCM said: "An extension of a surface low pressure over most areas of the country ... leads to instability of weather condition today especially eastward.

Police issue warnings
Authorities have issued warning advisories to residents, urging everyone to take extra precaution when heading out.
The Abu Dhabi Traffic Police reminded motorists to go slow and follow traffic safety rules as the rain, strong winds and fog are expected to continue in the coming days.
"Drivers should drive safely and leave enough distance between vehicles amid the heavy fog and poor visibility, especially during early morning hours and at night," an officer said. Police also urged motorists to avoid overtaking, use low beam lights, and refrain from using hazard lights.
Emergency plans all set
Civic bodies in Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah have affirmed that they area ready to deal with challenges caused by the extreme weather.
Municipalities have an emergency action plan in place to mitigate the effects of the unstable weather conditions and ensure that the response would be as quick as possible in case of any untoward incidents.
Hassam Al Tafaq, director of the environment department at the Sharjah Municipality (SM) urged the public to report any emergencies or flooding by calling 993 or through its the website, mobile application or social media sites.
