An East-European woman fell to her death from a high-rise in Dubai Marina on Saturday morning, Khaleej Times has learnt.
The Dubai Police is investigating the case as suspected suicide and has ruled out any foul play.
"We are investigating the matter. Our initial investigations reveal that she jumped from the building, and we do not suspect any foul play," Abdul Rahim bin Shafi, Director of Al Barsha Police Station, told Khaleej Times.
"Her dismembered body was found in the car park area. We are yet to find out more details," the official said.
He said the lady, a housewife, was living in the building with her family.
She is survived by two children.
According to the security guard of the residential building, a resident of the building was the first to inform authorities of the incident after spotting a limb lying in the car park.
Police and ambulance arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area.
