A British rock band, Wild Beasts featured Indian girls taking to the streets in skateboards.
The video, which was directed by Sasha Rainbow, portrays the growing female skateboarding community in Bangalore, India.
The female skaters range from teens, full-fledged adults and even young kids. Some of the women were even wearing traditional saris whilst moving through the streets. They don't just use their skateboards to get from point A to point B, they also do flips and kicks with it!
According to a BBC video report, the director aims to return to India to film a documentary about the amazing feat that is breaking cultural stereotypes about women.
Women (especially those in ornate saris) are not something you would see every day riding a skateboard. If there is one thing we could learn from this video, it's that nothing could stop you from doing what you want and love.
