A new service that will see police patrols escort doctors to hospitals in cases of emergencies has been rolled out in the UAE. Lt.-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, launched the 'Bin Wraiqa' service on Tuesday.
