UAE supports Bahrain’s security measures for citizens

abu dhabi - The UAE fully backs all the measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to protect the security, stability and safety of its citizens, a senior UAE official said.
 
Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, said that the UAE backs Bahrain in every way to combat extremism and terrorism in its all forms, in a statement on Wednesday. “It condemns all attempts of groups associated with a foreign agenda to destabilise the security and stability of communities in Bahrain, as well as provoke discord and disruption of the Kingdom’s national unity and security,” Dr. Gargash added.
 
Dr. Gargash praised the national open and constructive approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and his government, and concluded that “the protection of these gains represent an absolute priority that requires support from all.”
