Play night
Renowned Indian actor and playwright Manav Kaul's classic play Chuhal will be staged in Dubai on August 30 by Dawn Theatre Productions. Chuhal is the story of two strangers who fall in love despite their contrasting personalities and ideas of a happy ending. It is a journey of discovering oneself and your chosen one. Featuring Saif Khan and Saadia Pathan, it's on at 4.30pm & 7.30pm at The Junction, Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz. Tickets are Dh60.
Teachers unite
Mr Miyagi's is welcoming teachers back in style with two 'Pho-nominal' BOGOF offers: buy-one-get-one-free on absolutely everything between 4pm - 8pm tonight. As if that wasn't enough there is also BOGOF on the Wok & Roll Brunch from 8pm - 11pm.

Gaurang Shah and Kishandas & Co will be in Dubai to present their latest festive collection Navras this weekend. Shah will showcase his signature hand-woven textiles alongside heritage jewellery on August 30 & 31 at Taj Dubai presented by Numaish. The Trunk Show will run from 11am to 7pm on both days.
