According to the weather conditions and visibility during the time, the speed limit on the road will be adjusted and displayed on the smart gate.
The police urged drivers to comply with the speed limit displayed in the screens of the smart gate, adding that the radar installed in the smart gate captures traffic violations, such as speeding, tailgating, unauthorised presence of heavy vehicles on the road, parking on the hard shoulder of the road, blocking the road etc. It will also capture vehicles with expired permits.
