His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, visited the ongoing Unmanned Systems Exhibition and Conference (UMEX 2020) and Simulation Exhibition and Conference (SimTEX 2020) on Monday.
Sheikh Mohamed toured and checked out the latest innovations and technologies in the fields of unmanned systems, simulation and training.
Organised by ADNEC in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence and the Supreme Command of the UAE Armed Forces, the fourth edition of the three-day exhibition is the largest ever. And on the first day, the UAE Armed Forces announced the signing of five deals with a total value of Dh156,000,000.
Also, the first UAE-made 'Garmousha' vertical take-off and landing drone was launched by defence conglomerate EDGE's entity ADASI.
