A foundation has offered accommodation to a family after their house roof collapsed in Ras Al Khaimah's Al Seih area. The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works' gesture was in response to directives of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.
Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, directed a team of engineers to investigate the reason behind the roof collapse. He also directed the authorities concerned to identify the needs of citizens in that area to ensure the safety of their houses.
"The housing sector is a top priority for the UAE leadership because of its role in ensuring quality of life and family stability."
