Citywide promotions, massive sales and fireworks are back in Dubai, with the 24th edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) kicking off today. Running till February 2, this year's festival will feature over 700 brands participating at 3,200 outlets across the city, with discounts of up to 90 per cent.

Starting at midday and running right through to midnight, top brands in fashion, beauty, homeware and lifestyle will be on offer throughout the 12 hours.
