Two people died and eight others were injured in traffic accidents reported from Sharjah during the three-day Eid break.
Ahmed bin Darwish, Head of Traffic and Patrol Department at Sharjah Police, said six major accidents were reported from the emirate during the period.
The main cause of the accidents were speeding, reckless driving and tailgating.
