Chasing 215 for victory against Punjab, Hyderabad reached the target with five balls to spare at their home

Abdullah Al Zari, Director-General of Sharjah Transport, on Thursday said the move is part of a mega project to develop a sustainable public transport infrastructure in the emirate.
“As part of the project, eight cab stops, each with enough space for three taxis at a time, have already been completed at Wasit Road.”
Three other bays for five cabs each have been set up opposite the Sharjah Cooperative Society - Helwan branch, the Traffic Department Headquarters and the Culture Roundabout. These bays will provide proper parking spaces for cabs, which otherwise move around and suddenly stop at non-designated spots, committing traffic law violations.
Al Zari also said the corporation has provided 132 of the 540 bus stops planned across the emirate. “These represent Phase 1 of another project. Shades will be built at 170 of these stops under Phase 2 this year.”
