The Sustainable City, the Middle East's first fully operational sustainable community, will host a Wildlife Photography Exhibition, featuring incredible photos by Dr Harold Vanderschmidt, that spread light on the issue of animal conservation.
This is part of the ongoing 'Origin' series, an exceptionally vibrant artisanal experience in Dubai.
The event will be held on January 19, from 9am to 9pm at Beitfann, a community art studio devoted to experimenting with recycled materials.
A host of fun activities is in store for all visitors.
Children can get creative at the wildlife drawing workshop inspired by the exhibition from 12pm to 6pm, and an African Drumming Workshop will be held from 2pm to 3pm, enabling the little ones to learn about, experiment with and play African drums.
The popular Farmers Market will continue showcasing fresh vegetables and fruits, while a community of extraordinary designers and entrepreneurs will showcase handcrafted, ethical, eco-friendly and sustainable products.
'Origin' indeed offers a family picnic mood with hourly prize draws, children's activities, pony rides and live music. Entry is free. Do not miss the fun, learning and delightful surprises with family and friends.
