An initiative by Planman Media, the PowerBrands Signature Series event was supported by Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
On his behalf, Reem Ibrahim Al Hashimi, Minister of State, graced the evening as the chief guest. Special guests included Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi, under secretary, UAE Ministry of Economy, M.K.Lokesh, Indian Ambassador to the UAE and Sanjay Verma, Consul General of India in Dubai.
Prof. Arindam Chaudhuri, Editor-in-Chief Planman Media and Honorary Director IIPM Think Tank, said: “It was amazing to have some of the fastest growing brands and their brand leaders at the event. The event celebrated the coming-of-age-of Indian brands and the steady gains that they have made in the global market-place. I wish luck and success to the brand guardians. The event also marks the launch of one of our most ambitious projects ‘PowerBrands - Middle East’.
