Nakheel’s plots auction on March 4
Dubai’s Nakheel is building on the overwhelming success of its Jumeirah Park land auction with a second auction on March 4, 2014.
The developer is releasing another batch of residential plots (ranging from 7,750sqf to 8,700sqf) at its prestigious Jumeirah Park community, where land is in big demand. Investors can register from Sunday, March 2, 2014.
Earlier this week, Nakheel netted nearly Dh34 million by auctioning eight plots at Jumeirah Park, with investors paying over Dh500 per square foot.
