Land Transactions in Dubai Top Dh150.65m

DUBAI — The total value of land transactions in Dubai on Sunday peaked at 150.65 million, of which sales exceeded Dh123.11 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dh27.53 million, according to the Land Department.

A total of 9 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Wadi Al Amardi that was sold for Dh 14.57955 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Emirates Hills Second acquired for the sum of Dh3.979888 million and another in Emirates Hills Second for Dh3.775888 million The Emirates Hills Second area was the most active in terms of the day’s sales, with some 4 transactions.

Jumairah Village Second followed it with 4 sales. During the period, Wadi Al Amardi recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dh 14.58 million, followed by the Emirates Hills Second area, Dh14.04 million, and Jumairah Village Second area, Dh6.25 million. The biggest area sold was the 323990 sq ft in the Wadi Al Amardi area, which went for Dh 14.58 million. A 7562.72 sq ft plot in the Jumairah Village Second Area was acquired for Dh1.49 million, while 7166.62 sq ft of Emirates Hills Second was disposed of for Dh 3.98 million. —
