Danube Properties unveiled its new Dh450 million residential project in Dubai's Business Bay neighbourhood "in an attempt to redefine the concept of affordable luxury".
Rizwan Sajan, chairman and founder of Danube Group, said the 29-storey Bayz Tower comprises 456 apartment units with "magnificent views of the iconic Burj Khalifa" and other buildings including the Marriott Marquee, the Dubai Canal, among others.
The property, to be ready for handover to buyers in 30 months, features state-of-the-art amenities including swimming pool, a fully-equipped health club and a kid's play area cum party hall.
Also present were Anis Sajan, managing director and Adel Sajan, director, both of Danube.
"This is the first time we have chosen Business Bay as our location and through the launch of this project we aim to redefine the concept of affordable luxury housing in Dubai. I am confident that investors will be pleased with our latest offerings, especially because of the project's prime location and the attractive price of the luxury units," said Sajan.
"With this project Danube Properties will offer the lowest price in the Business Bay area and continue with our one per cent payment plan, starting at Dh6,490 per month," Sajan said as he reaffirmed confidence in the positive outlook for Dubai's property market.
"With the population of Dubai expected to grow at a remarkable pace, the property market here will continue to witness sustainable robust growth, given the superb infrastructure and the fast-growing appeal of the emirate as a destination of choice for expatriate professionals and tourists," Sajan said at a Press conference to unveil the project, which is on track for completion by 2019.
Ranging from studios to three-bedroom luxury apartments, each apartment comes fully furnished with a modular kitchen, Spanish tiles and top-notch finishes.
Every unit will include a European technology enabled convertible sofa that makes way for a bed tucked into the wall.
Danube Group has launched eight affordable housing projects since 2014.
All projects launched under the Danube Properties portfolio are currently under construction, with the handover of the first project, Dreamz, scheduled to commence soon.
At present, Danube Properties has a book value of Dh3 billion worth of projects with five million square feet under construction, Sajan said.
