Online technology and the Internet have become an integral part of our daily lives. It is almost impossible to imagine life without computers, mobile phones and tablets. Therefore it is a very difficult task for adults to monitor the safety aspect of the cyber world to which youngsters are exposed constantly.

While encouraging kids to be eco-friendly, cyber smartness also needs to be inculcated at a young age so that they grow up with cyber awareness. That will help them be more knowledgeable about the basics of online security and know what to do when faced with situations such as cyber bullying.

Only by focusing on that can we hope to prevent suicide among teenagers.
