I left Dubai in August last year after 17 years here. Back home in Sweden I was struck by the amount of time children and adults are spending in front of television screens.
Sweden is one of the most connected countries in the world and is now experiencing some of the negative effects of this constant availability. The Swedish school results are extremely low and we are seeing stress-related issues such as sleep deprivation and low productivity, both in schools and at workplaces.
