While I personally don't attend the fitness challenge events, I do my regular workouts even if I don't have the time. Whether you dance, do yoga, walk, run or jog, as long as it helps you, you are doing good.
In today's fast-paced world, many of us are still not conscious of our health. Obesity rates are going up. Our sedentary lifestyle is making us dull and most of us are not able to focus because of health issues. Teenagers are found to have diabetes and cholesterol.
I am sure we can leave our businesses, powerpoint presentations and conference calls aside for some time. A little time makes a lot of difference and that's what I have been doing since a few years. I was 85kg and now I weigh only 76kg. It's my patience, determination and courage that made me fit and healthy.
I carry my sportswear with me to work so that after a tiring day I can go straight to the park to work out. Next comes diet. We should ensure we eat healthy. It's time for us to strike a chord and balance our lifestyle.
