Sultan attends London Book Fair opening
LONDON — His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, attended the opening of the London Book Fair (LBF) 2012 at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre on Monday.
Shaikha Budoor bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and President of Emirates Publishers Association, also attended the opening ceremony. Upon his arrival at the venue, the Ruler was received by David Roche, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the LBF, Nigel Newton, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive of Bloomsbury Publishing, and a number of other senior officials. —
