A job fair, "Open Day for Direct Recruitment" for UAE citizens provided 130 jobs with salaries ranging from Dh9,000 to Dh70,000.
Organised by Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in Dubai, the event offered approximately 130 job opportunities with salaries ranging from Dh9,000 to Dh70,000.
All the opportunities were in the fields of construction development, aviation and communication.
Earlier this month, the ministry had announced a programme to create jobs for Emiratis in three key economic and commercial sectors in 100 days, including construction and real estate development, aviation and communication.
The ministry announced that all job seekers participating in the open day have received job opportunities and preliminary approval, adding that some of the people preferred to apply for jobs in public sector, Emarat Al Youm reported.
