President’s Cup Family Day-out
DUBAI - The partnership of the UAE Football Association along with the sponsors of the The President’s Cup Etisalat and Al Hilal Bank announced the launch of a special family day-out to entertain football fans during the semifinal games of the competition.
The move was released during a news conference at the match venue in the presence of the UAEFA president Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi.
Al Wahda will take on Emirates on Friday and Al Jazira will play Al Shabab
on Saturday.
Al Rumaithi thanked the sponsors and the TV partners Abu Dhabi Sports Channel for their courtesy. He said: “The President’s Cup is the most prestigious and popular competition in the agenda of the FA season. The trophy is the target for the UAE clubs and their supporters. Al Wahda, Emirates, Al Jazira and Al Shabab have all advanced to the last four this season.”
