The Dubai Courts have announced the post Eid Al Fitr work timings, which encompass the Notary Public services, Al Adheed centres and the amicable settlement centre services.
The Notary Public department in Al Twar centre, Wafi mall and Al Barsha traffic department will be open from 8 am to 5:15 pm. The branch in Al Barsha mall will open from 8am to 1:30pm.
Customers, who are above 60 years, people of determination and pregnant women can file their transactions remotely via remote-notary@dc.gov.ae from 9am to 1pm during the official work days. Requests can also be sent to remote-notary@dc.gov.ae
Al Adheed centres will open from 8am to 4pm, offering several services including: case registration requests, case registration requests for labour cases, registrations of personal status matters, inheritance inventory (legal notification), requests related to cases, public letters and settlement, cases inquiries, private notary public services, legal translation, virtual attendance of court hearings, marriage services for Muslims- the legal or sharia authorization services, power of attorneys and acknowledgments typing, contracts and annexures typing, requests related to inquiries about real estate disposals before registering real estate lawsuits, personal status attestation services (smart certification), e-payment for deposits.
Dubai Courts services remain available on their portal and the remote services of the amicable settlement centre.
