Is it true that relations between you and your wife are not very good and that problems have reached a stage where divorce is the only option?

That's not correct, my relationship with my wife is very strong and will never change, because we got married after falling in love. I continue love her very much, and I respect her. She is the mother of my children. I have never allowed rumours to affect my personal life. We have been married for ten years and my wife knows of the price that we have to pay for fame.

Do you mean your wife doesn't get jealous of the adulation you receive from girls?

My wife loves me and knows that this is natural in the vocation I have chosen ... furthermore, she knows how much I love her, how much I respect my home and my two sons.

Your latest film (Your Love is Fire) has been doing very well at the box office, did you foresee this success?

It was my gut feeling that this would work. I felt it when I read the script and this film has confirmed my acting talent to my audience, my success in this film is encouraging me to continue in films.

Do you think the success of your film will encourage filmmakers to make more romantic films?

Romance exists in everyone's heart, even the audience wants romantic films. I think my film brought in a new freshness into the mainstream after a very long gap and hence the success. Other filmmakers will want to exploit this trend, so we can see more of these films in the near future.

French director Stevan Bernard is the directing all your music clips. How has he contributed to your songs?

He is excellent and has elevated my songs to a very high order.
