Work starts on Adnec's phase-2
ABU DHABI — Construction work on the phase two of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec) has commenced to create space for exhibitions and conferences.
The steel trusses will create the framework for the 55,000sqm development of Phase two, providing the strength to support the 55,000 square metres of Aluminium Cladding and 3,200 sq metres of glazing which will create the distinctive façade of Adnec.
On completion of Phase-2 of Adnec, the exhibition centre will consist of 55,000 sq m of fully inter-connected exhibition floor space including12 halls and an 18,000 sq m visitor concourse.
