Dubai-based tech company Loyica has launched Saphyte Sync to facilitate corporates to optimise their LinkedIn network to benefit their businesses.
The new feature added to Loyica's flagship CRM product that will allow businesses to generate leads on LinkedIn platform.
Ali Homadi, CEO and Founder at Loyica, explained how this new tool will help businesses connect with leads effectively and cut down the time required to establish connections with potential clients.
"Currently, most companies have outdated work processes such as manually copying contact information of leads from LinkedIn and pasting them to spreadsheets. This can be long, arduous, and inefficient, so we developed a smart way to do this using Saphyte Sync. With this tool, users can capture information and store them into Saphyte in seconds," Homadi said in a statement.
With more than 706 million users registered, LinkedIn is currently considered as the world's largest professional network. Saphyte Sync lets users tap into this massive network with huge business opportunities by allowing them to capture multiple contact information and integrate them into the CRM platform in just a few clicks.
"Lead generation can be costly. But using this tool, overtime, can help businesses eliminate hours of painstaking and costly manual work processes and reallocate the time saved into doing more productive activities," added Homadi.
The new CRM tool can also quickly capture company information and automatically migrate the target data from the networking site into the CRM platform.
Meaningful connections during pandemic
With the pandemic disrupting business activities, establishing more meaningful connections is now seen as vital to reviving businesses.
Joshua Yates, sales director at Saphyte, said connecting with leads using Saphyte Sync is a strategy companies should seriously consider.
"LinkedIn provides a wealth of information for companies looking to generate leads in the B2B market. It's a trusted source of news, information, and advice in the professional community. With the site's profiling capabilities, you're highly likely to find your target audience such as companies' decision makers who could be in the position to engage with your business," says Yates.
"With Saphyte Sync, users can quickly add the contact information of their prospects on LinkedIn and manage the information on the CRM platform. There, they can start to engage these leads using the information automatically added by the technology and using the other features of the platform," added Yates.
Yates further claimed that using technologies like Saphyte helps shorten the sales discovery process for businesses and helps them close more deals.
CRM for SMEs and startups
Innovations such as Saphyte Sync are valued at a time where technology plays a huge part in bridging people. The CRM market continues to grow and was valued at US$55.314 billion in 2019, with prominent key market players that include Salesforce, Microsoft Corporation, SAP, Oracle, IBM, and Zoho Corporation, among others.
Loyica claimed that more features will be added to Saphyte. For now, to help SMEs and startups, Saphyte's implementation fee will be waived for the first month.
The tech company also claimed that it has more than 2,500 users since its launch last year with 150 companies coming from the UAE. It also has clients from Germany, the UK and other Middle East countries.
