Komatsu Middle East (KME), Galadari Trucks and Heavy Equipment (GTHE), have recently organised a seminar in the UAE hosting Komatsu dealers in the GCC and VIP customers.
The seminar covered the latest in state of technology used in Komatsu's equipment with spotlights on various technical processes involved in the UAE's mining and quarry operations.
Several presentations were led by key experts acknowledging the growing acute demand for the region's mining and quarry equipment. Of them were Samer Khalid, General Manager-GTHE, Yuji Ito leading the Wheel Loader Team - Komatsu Ltd, Ashraf Hashish, Senior General Manager Marketing-KME, Swaroop Seem - Parts Area Manager, and Yukio Sugano - Manager of Dump Truck Team Market Development Department.

The participants deliberated on topics like types and varieties of Komatsu trucks and excavators available in the market, value and technical characteristics of Komatsu equipment, after-sale operations, various unique selling points of the brand and the maintenance provided at job sites by the firm. The presentations included genuine filters and Komatsu genuine oil. It was an interactive forum that also witnessed some of the latest machines from Komatsu on display, which included HD325-7R, WA500-6, GD755-5R, PC850-8R1 and the XR80 Xcentric Ripper.
A cross section of VIP customers representing the crushers and mining sector in Northern Emirates, representatives of Komatsu Middle East, GTHE team and Komatsu dealers in the GCC were among the main participants at the seminar that was held in the backdrop of reports that Komatsu and Galadari continue their decades-long partnership by retaining the number one spot in the market.
