Empower relocates to larger office in DHCC

An outcome of its ongoing expansion initiative and growing client base, Empower is now located in a three-storey building, covering an area of 36,000 square feet, and with parking spaces for 55 cars.

Ahmad bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, said: "The move is a natural progression of our growth curve. The new headquarters also ensures easier access for our clients such as the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai World Trade Centre and Business Bay Executive Towers. The DHCC district cooling plant is also in the immediate vicinity of our headquarters."

The new building is connected to a district cooling system where water is cooled in central plants and distributed through a piping network to individual customer buildings.

Empower is a joint venture between Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone (Tecom) and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa).
