The MoU was signed by DWC COO Rashed Buqara’a and MEBAA Founding Chairman Ali Al Naqbi at Middle East Business Aviation 2010.
Under the terms of the agreement, DWC will host and facilitate MEBAA’s operations at DWC premises. Additionally, DWC will become an honourary member of MEBAA. DWC and MEBAA will also jointly undertake initiatives to promote the regional business jet and general aviation industry.
“DWC and MEBAA share a common objective of promoting the rapidly growing regional aviation sector,” Buqara’a said.
“Our vision is to be the principle forum for gathering, understanding and communicating the needs and benefits of business aviation within the Middle East,” Al Naqbi said.
