Dubai developers are continuing to release more off-plan projects to tap investor interest ahead of Cityscape Global in September.
Dubai Properties (DP) will soon release for sale townhouses in the Portuguese-inspired community, Casa Dora, in phase two of Serena in Dubailand.
The 8.2 million square feet Serena is to be developed across five phases, with the first to be ready in Q4 2018.
The first batch of townhouses in the Spanish Mediterranean-inspired community, Bella Casa, were sold out on the launch day.
Although details of Casa Dora's cost and those of individual units have not been revealed, DP has opened pre-sale online registration for buyers and investors.
Serena will feature clusters of four to six units, with phase 1 featuring two and three-bedroom townhouses and three-bedroom semi-detached villas. DP is pitching it in the affordable housing segment.
Marwan Al Kindi, executive director, sales and sales operations at DP, said: "Strong demand for affordable housing keeps Dubai's property market buoyant. We anticipate that the release of Casa Dora at Serena will attract huge customer interest and high investor demand following the success of our initial release of Serena earlier this year."
Serena will appeal to families looking to own two- to three-bedroom townhouses, with the option of a maids room, at competitive prices.
Serena will be served by three community centres and a lifestyle plaza. Residents will be able to enjoy amenities comprising recreational facilities, swimming pools, gym, play areas and a healthcare facility.
Located next to Layan and Al Waha communities, Serena enjoys direct access to Emirates Road and will be surrounded by green spaces.
