The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has organised the fourth edition of 'RecExpo 2018' in Baku, Azerbaijan's capital.
The 3-day event complements the local economy in Azerbaijan and the demand for foreign investment.
The RecExpo is the only international real estate exhibition to be held in Azerbaijan, witnessing participation from companies from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Montenegro, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, the UAE, the UK and the US, and attracting visitors looking for investment across the world.
Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director-general of DLD, said: "We are pleased to participate in this event and to provide support to our local companies that are offering a diverse portfolio of real estate projects, showcasing the excellence of our sector and the opportunities and facilities our city presents for investors and buyers who prefer Dubai over all other global destinations."
Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector at DLD, said: "Our participation in this year's edition, which hosted more than 250 real estate projects, aims to connect exhibitors from these countries with thousands of receptive real estate investors looking for the best investment opportunities in Dubai."
