Dubai Properties (DP) has announced the upcoming launch of Bellevue Towers, a two-tower project, in Downtown Dubai.
Marwan Al Kindi, executive director of sales and sales operations, said: "Located in the heart of Dubai, Bellevue Towers will be one of the most desirable and sought-after addresses in town."
The East and West buildings of Bellevue Towers have 300 units across the 23 residential floors, ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom penthouses and lofts.
In addition to two lobbies set on a common podium and retail stores on the ground floor, the project will have a gym, pool, playground, lawn and social terrace. Majority of units in the two towers will enjoy city views.
"Bellevue Towers is designed to cater to Dubai's growing demand for high quality real estate in vibrant destinations at the heart of the city and at value prices. The development is in line with Dubai Properties' objective of phasing relevant projects that support the growing real estate market while meeting diversified and rapidly growing needs of owners," said Al Kindi.
Bellevue Towers is a stone's throw away from Marasi Business Bay. The towers are surrounded by green spaces, retail, hospitality, leisure and dining options.
The launch of Bellevue Towers will be held at the Dubai Properties Sales Centre in Ras Al Khor and is by registration only. Prospective buyers can register their interest online. The project is scheduled for completion in 2019.
