Damac appoints main contractor for Crescent
DUBAI — DAMAC Properties has appointed UAE-based Intermass Engineering and Contracting as the main contractor entrusted with construction of its 'The Crescent' residential development, the company's first undertaking to be launched within the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).
Intermass are due to complete construction of the crescent within a two-year period, after which DAMAC will handover to the keys customers.
"The Crescent" will encompass residential and leisure amenities. It will include 848 luxury studio, one, and two bedroom apartments with views over a large man-made lake. The project offers ample parking space for residents, a swimming pool, tennis court, gymnasium, as well as 24 hours security and maintenance.
