Want to work in UAE? Remove these 5 mistakes from your CV

2) Short-term jobs: Remember that gig you used to do back in summer? Do away with it. If you were with the company for a brief stint, you will not really have to say much about your time there. It is best to use that space for work experiences that count.
3) Social media handles: Your potential future employer does not need to know about your life trajectory. However, adding relevant social media accounts, such as LinkedIn, or your own website will give you bonus points.
4) Fake info and lies: Not only can it get you jailed in the UAE but faking some parts of your CV shows your lack of professionalism. Always put your best foot forward and highlight skills that you can offer rather than what you cannot.
5) Personal details: Including personal details may lead to discrimination. In this day and age, there is no need to add your marital status, religion, height, weight and nationality. Your birthday also has to go.
