UAE slams criminal acts against Palestinians
ABU DHABI - The United Arab Emirates has strongly denounced "the criminal acts" against the Palestinian people, such as brutal killings and demolition of houses, which forced thousands of them to live in the open in Rafah and other areas, according to an official source at the Foreign Ministry.
The source said, "The UAE regards such a crime by Israeli occupation forces as disdain, flagrant violation of international laws and norms and escalation of violence in the region as Israel, under the leadership of Sharon and those behind him, is grossly defiant and threatens to escalate tension in the whole region and hampers international endeavours to restore peace in the region."
