The first defendant, who is an employee of a company, which uses Rahal Cards to fill its cars with petrol, convinced the other Arab, who is working at one of the petrol stations, to take the cards, belonging to his company, from him and use them to fill the customers’ cars and then pocket the cash.

The company, which employs the first defendant, complained about the high level of daily usage of fuel, and then began to track down the fuel intake.

It discovered that the first defendant was involved in the use of fuel cards, with the help of one of the workers at a petrol pump.

The defendants admitted to the fraud.
