Swimmers cautioned
ABU DHABI — Abu Dhabi Navy police have warned the people to take precautionary measures while swimming or taking boat trips, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.
Captain Khaleed Al Shamsi, head of the Navy police, urged parents to restrain children from going to the far off sea beaches or take boats for trips to distant places. He appealed to swimmers to be careful, noting that the best time to swim is in the afternoon. The emergency contact No. is 999.
