The study was conducted by Brigadier Mohammed Khamis, Director of the Legal Affairs Department of Abu Dhabi Police, and Dr Mohammed Qadri Hassan, a researcher at the CRSS.

The study recommends among other things the setting up of a police attorney-general, resembling Public Prosecution, who will be charged of investigating the behavioural (vocational) wrongdoings of offenders.
