His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on Sunday offered condolences to the family of the deceased Lt. General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, Commander-In-Chief of Dubai Police, who died following a fatal heart attack on Thursday.

He also prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the soul of the deceased in peace and bestow patience and solace on his family.
