Explaining the nature of the campaign in a media release, Nazim Faisal, Director of Roads and Facilities Maintenance, RTA Traffic and Roads Agency, said: “The Campaign comes in the context of sharing the festivities of the blessed Eid Al Adha and turning the city in an elegant fashion during this occasion. This is particularly relevant as Dubai tends to receive a large influx of visitors and tourists from within the UAE and abroad during Eid.”

A programme is currently underway involving cleaning areas in the vicinity of Eid prayers, bridges and tunnels, pavements, pedestrian bridges and directional signs at key roads within the Emirate. news@khaleejtimes.com
