The contest is based on the book My Vision written by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in a bid to open new horizons to students, familiarise them with real, practical, and creative experiments, and enrich them with knowledge and education with high quality and performance.

The contest is purposefully targeting the secondary stage being essential in all students development, and represents an introductory step to university life. Students of this stage should be fully aware of these rich and sage experiments, which form a unique model to follow in their scientific and practical life, Dr Hanif said.

The book My Vision is a reflection of the perspective behind a reality-turned dream.

It is an embodiment of creativity and outstanding success in the world of today. The contest is aimed at connecting students with their past, present and future via a variety of distinguished and terrific experiments, Dr Hanif observed.

All schools were to participate in the contest to benefit as much from self-learning, development, creativity, and progress, he added.

Hashim Al Qaisiya said the project aimed at setting an enlightening model for our youth, and create a competitive environment among students, to raise and strengthen their ideas to build a communication bridge to better future, be able to face all challenges, overcome all difficulties, and solve all problems.
