The ceremony would also coincide with the International Day for Supporting Disabled People. The 12-square-metre ‘Resalat Hob' would highlight UAE’s accomplishments in the field of special needs and childcare.

It would also give an opportunity to people with special needs to express their gratitude towards the country's leadership in the form of notes that will be compiled in a volume titled 'Love Notes'.

The project is being jointly handled by the Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre and Al Deyaa Media Productions.

Meanwhile, Kuwaiti Consul-General in Dubai Hamad Saleh Al Jutaili, has hailed Shaikh Mohammed for his humanitarian efforts. He said that his kindness is expanding globally as he was working for providing education to one million poor children worldwide.

Jutaili signed the golden register of the ‘Resalat Hob.’ He said, “This letter of love must be signed by every person in this country, not only by people with special need.”

He reiterated that Dubai is working for a huge revival that made us all proud. “This is not new for Dubai. The efforts of the late Shaikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum made Dubai what it is today.” He added that the ties between Kuwait and the UAE were deep-rooted and strong due to the efforts of the leadership in both countries.
