Greetings sent to world leaders
ABU DHABI - The President, His Highness Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, has sent separately cables of greetings to Libyan leader Col. Muammar Qaddafi, presidents Islam A. Karimov of Uzbekistan and Askar Akayev of Kyrgyzstan, and King Syed Sirajuddin Syed Putra Jamalullail of Malaysia on the occasion of their countries’ national days. His Highness Shaikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, sent similar cables to the world leaders
