Etisalat hikes staff salary
ABU DHABI — Etisalat employees would get a 10 per cent hike in their basic pay under the revised compensation and benefit (C&B) packages announced yesterday.
An updated Job Grading System, meanwhile, will introduce overall increases in the total package for employees, which will be 25 per cent on an average.
The new C&B packages, the details of which were finalised at a meeting of the Etisalat Board of Directors on Monday, will come into effect on November 1.
The decision to revise the packages was based on a comprehensive study, commissioned by Etisalat and conducted by an international human resource consultancy.
