DUBAI - Complaints or grievances against services related with Dubai Courts can now be lodged either through the e-complaint system or by contacting AskDubai's unified call centre.

The AskDubai service is an initiative that facilitates interaction between the government departments and the public through a single point of contact.

Salem Al Shair, e-Services Director, Dubai e-Government, said that AskDubai is a unified, bilingual (Arabic/English) contact centre connected to government departments in Dubai via various channels, including telephone, fax, email and online chat through the website http://askdubai.dubai.ae

"Dubai Courts Department is another valuable addition to the list of government departments that have joined our AskDubai channel. We are certain that a large number of Dubai residents, who are dealing with Dubai Courts each day will benefit from the high-quality customer service offered by our well-trained call centre staff," Al Shair stressed.

The service, he explained, integrates key features of customer relationship management, which has become a crucial component in many IT-enabled customer care services.
